Single Services

We offer onsite face-to-face, virtual or telephone services. You can choose any of the following services and packages:

  • Lunch and learn (lunchtime brown-baggers) are very popular components of corporate wellness programs. They are designed to meet the needs of busy organizations that still would like to offer their employees the opportunity to gain information on several health and wellness topics with minimal to no disruption in billable time. Lunch and learn are typically 50 minutes with 10 minutes left for questions and discussion. Lunch is not provided, but HANS can arrange healthy catering. 

  • Managers Wellness Presentation: training presentation for manages on creating a healthy culture for employees and lead by example.

  • Individualized risk-reduction counseling (One-on-one counseling): the RD will spend 20 – 40 minutes in private area at the corporation and give personalized nutrition and wellness advice for each employee. Availability will be from 9am-5pm, meeting with as many employees as time allows.  This can be done in person or via Skype or phone. RD will provide printed handouts to the clients.

  • Personalized Nutrition Counseling (Nutrigenomics):Nutrigenomics is the study of how individual genetic variation affects a person's response to nutrients and impacts the risk of nutrition-related chronic diseases. Employees will be provided with a saliva collection kit which will be sent to the lab to test 45 genes, these genes include vitamin metabolism, (such as MTHFR, Iron overload), Cardiometabolic health (such as effect of caffeine and salt on heart and blood pressure), food intolerance, weight management and eating habits. RD will analyze the results, discuss it with the employee and set optimal dietary recommendations.

  • Healthy Kitchen/Cafeteria and vending machine makeover: foods and snacks will be assessed, and alternative options will be discussed to provide the employees with energy during work hours.

  • Group activities, healthy competitions and challenges to promote health culture and team activities: This is a chance for employees to have fun while creating healthier habits. Personalized challenges will be created based on the exact needs of employees. Challenges can be as short as a week or as long as four weeks based on the reward system and interest level of everyone involved. 

  • Wellness Newsletter: tailored newsletter developed for your company’s needs that can address employee’s concerns as well as healthy food recipes. Newsletter can be directly emailed to employees or to managers to share or print.

  • Nutrition Awareness Table: Registered Dietitian(s) set up a table at your facility for two to three hours with handouts and information for your employees as well as answer your employees’ questions and concerns. This may can be ideal during health awareness months.

  • Yoga at Work: yoga and meditation to help employees manage stress, increase happiness, inspire creativity, and improve productivity.A certified yoga instructor will lead a session in any available space at your facility.
